my stay at the hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect, right across from the kazan kremlin and a short walk to bauman street. the twin room was spacious and cozy, with a controllable heater. the staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. overall, a wonderful experience exploring the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the historical center of the city. We were able to easily explore all the major city landmarks within walking distance, especially the impressive Kremlin. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities such as a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the dining options available at this venue.

The terrace (restaurant on the roof with city view) is open to the public, and not only to the hotel visitors. We did not know that and planned to have dinner there at Friday night. We were told by the administrator that there is no place for us, and that we have to order few days in advance. We ordered a table for Sunday evening and had dinner only then. The view for the terrace is really nice. The prices are reasonable. Food is average and service is extremely slow. It would be nice if the hotel would inform visitors that they need to order a table few days in advance in their website/hotel brochures.

Great central location near historical sites and main street. Friendly staff and clean rooms with quality beds. Formerly a Marriott hotel, so expect a certain level of excellence. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

At 0,00 we couldn't order any food, and the bar on the terrace didn't have cola!

Location is excellent, staff also, terrace in the evening gives you an extraordinary filling. Food is ok.

Taxi is 300% more expensive when you order it by hotel. Drinks are to expensive, especially wine.

The value for the money was really great, considering the large and comfortable room we had. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the Kremlin and the main shopping street. The staff at Courtyard were wonderful, very helpful and spoke good English.

We liked the way hotel staff do their duties. The bed in our room was really big and comfortable.

No wi-fi free in the room. And one thing we can't bear - tobacco smoke. Unfortunately they do not prohibit smoking in lobby bar and reception zone.
